How to review here. Watch the whole animation at least twice before you write anything. Open the cited structures and papers and ask whether they support the described mechanism. Check the labels: interpolated and illustrative motion must be identified as such, and the disclosure should be honest about what the film cannot show. Then check the framing, because a caption can overclaim even when the pictures are careful. Your public statement carries your name and attaches to the exact version you reviewed; a later version starts clean. You cannot review your own records or work you are credited on; the database refuses it and your queue never offers it. For connections it cannot see, declare the conflict or step aside. Three verdicts: approve when the claims match the declared evidence, revisions required when the gaps are real but fixable (say exactly what to fix), and reject when the record misrepresents its evidence in a way a revision cannot patch. The confidential note goes to the team only; use it for anything the public statement is the wrong place for.
